HIGHTEC ANTIFREEZE AN 13 is a premium, long-lasting antifreeze concentrate of the latest generation based on monoethylene glycol and glycerol. The proportion of glycerol used, which is based on raw materials, reduces CO2 emissions by approximately 11% during production. HIGHTEC ANTIFREEZE AN 13 is free of nitrite, amine and phosphate and thus also plays a role in protecting the environment.

HIGHTEC ANTIFREEZE AN 13 has been developed specifically to meet the latest Volkswagen G13 antifreeze specification (TL 744-J). It is backward compatible with the former G12++/ G12+ (TL 774-G/-F) specifications and reliably protects aluminium and cast iron engines against deposits and foam formation while ensuring optimal heat dissipation.

The antifreeze protection can only be determined with special ‘G13’ refractometers due to the proportion of glycerol used. The use of standard refractometers leads to incorrect measurement results.
